I noticed the other day that my driver side rocker panel was full of water like a significant amount. It must’ve happened pretty recently. What paths are there to the rocker panel from above? The sunroof drain looks clear from what I can tell. I don’t see any water in the car and I have no holes in the rocker panel.

*no standing water in the sunroof and I put about 2 feet of wire down the hole and didn’t detect any water either.

There are little slit shape drains in the rocker panels. Easy for them to get clogged up. Take some of your wire and try to unblock them.

The drain tubes from the sunroof drain into the rocker panel cavities, then the water is supposed to trickle out of a few slip drains on the underside of the rocker panels. Get on your back slide a bit under the vehicle then look up and outward at the back/inner aspect of the rocker panel and you'll see the slits. You can use a plastic zip tie (won't damage the paint) to slide up in and out the drain slits, move them around a bit (don't be underneath the slit you're cleaning though) Helps to pour a little (dish) soapy water into the sunroof drain pan to clean out any muck.

Been discussed a lot, here's a link from 2007 with photos:
