Does anyone know if they redesigned the rear ac lines on 200 series or other versions to solve the problem of eventual leaks at the bracket locations that seems to eventually occur to all our vehicles. I’m asking on this forum because the 200 series guys may not know what the previous design/ problems were. When I looked under a 200 I saw long rubber hoses behind the running boards, but wasn’t sure if that is a new ac setup or part of the kinetic dynamic suspension system.

I don't know the answer to your question but can tell you that small diameter barrier hoses for A/C applications have been around for quite some time now.
