It hasn't even been a year, but I have almost 24K on my cruiser. Since the warranty is up, I am curious if anyone has any pointers/advice about what to get checked out. My brakes have always squeeled since day 1, so I will ask them to check that. I'm also planning on asking about the navigation system. I tend to rely on my garmin rather than the stock navigation, as the stock version has a nasty habit of taking me the long way around.

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.

Seems odd that the warranty would run out already with only 24K miles and 1 year of ownership.

COVERAGES

Every Toyota Car, Truck and SUV is built to exceptional standards. And that's not idle boasting. We back it up with these Limited Warranty Coverages: Basic 36 months/36,000 miles (whichever comes first) (all components other than normal wear and maintenance items). Powertrain 60 months/60,000 miles (whichever comes first) (engine, transmission/transaxle, drive system, seatbelts and airbags).

dealer had mentioned at the last oil change that if i wanted anything taken care of, i should do so before the odometer hits 24k. i just took the service dept at their word.
