warn tabor 9K winch - any good?

Are the Warn Tabor 9K winches any good... They are described as value series ... The word Value always scares me...

It is 216:1 ratio....

Tabor's are made overseas, so, no. Just my 2 cents.

well not 100% true, on the box and winch say Made in USA...

depends on what you use it for , some guys have the best of luck with them .

however i generally stick to warn , ramsey , super winch , and a few other small companys . i have a pierce that is quite stout , but its a whole other story . i dont care for planetary winches much anyway , basically i wouldn't buy one .but my friends do , generally they break from operator error .
