I just got my new M8000 in. The previous PO of my 74 40 has welded in some kind of winch plate (hole pattern does not match, maybe had an 8274 or PTO winch before?), but it does not have a front plate to mount the roller fairlead. Does anyone know of any options for this? I thought about buying CCOT's mounting plate, but I"m guessing the currentlly welded in plate will interfere with the bolts that mount the winch to the plate. This is new to me, so any advice is appreciated! Here is a pic:
