Thanks for the manual.
I pulled out the knob to release the clutch but I still can´t pull out the winch. Ive tried pulling it by hand and with the remote I still get the "click" sound.
 
1. You have a bad solenoid for the spool out direction.
2. Either you did not pull the knob out all the way or the brake is frozen.

They can be hard to pull out even disengaged via the knob.

I agree with the above posters that it sounds like a solenoid issue. Look into an Albright solenoid if you're interested in upgrading.
 
Thanks guys, I´ll order new solenoids and see if that solved it :cheers:
 
Get an Albright DC88P contactor instead. They are water proof, long lasting and fail safe.
 
Or you can buy the Albright contactor from Warn with a Warn sticker on it for about 35% more money as the "WARN 34971 Contactor"
