Wanted: FJ45 rear cab glass from a removeable top pickup

I broke the rear glass out of my removable top FJ45 cab. :mad: I knew I shouldn't have put it where I did. :doh:

I can probably get any flat glass cut to fit, but I figured I'd check to see if anyone has some they want to sell. It might need to be local since you probably can't ship glass.

I'm in Northern California. Located in Yuba City (Near Sacramento/Roseville).

If you have anything, let me know.

I'm also looking for a pattern from a good piece of glass if anyone has there rear glass out and can provide a good drawing of it, including the corner radius top and bottom, that would be helpful.

Mike I have the rear glass but I need it,but you are welcome to trace or reproduce dimensions.I have it stored in a SAFE place! I could bring it up to you when I pick up the seats! Or I will do a tracing of it..
 
Hey Whitey. Just a trace of it would be excellent! Might be easier and safer than to transport the actual glass.

I found out the hard way that when they break, they break into a million, zillion little pieces. At least mine did. Must have been safely glass.

Mike, would you consider cutting a second glass? The one in my LWB is pretty old, scratched up, and got pitted as well when I did some structural repairs to the cab about 10 years ago.

What's a few months or a year, considering I've been looking thru that pitted window for 10 years now! Besides,it cant be as bad as waiting on peesalot. He's still working on my front fenders for my 40.....FIVE years after I ordered them!;p
 
I just got a rear glass trace from kellyo. Thanks kellyo!

Not quite ready to have one cut for mine, just wanted to check back to see if anyone else still needs one. Hoping I'll be having the glass done this summer. If you want me to have one made for you, let me know. I'm not sure shipping is an option, so should probably expect to have to have it picked up.
 
If you can get one cut B4 Labor Day, I'm sure someone in the area would be kind enough to bring it to the 45 run.:)

Just cleaned that old pitted window again yesterday.:rolleyes:
