Looking to replace a broken clutch fork (that's apparently the rarest part ever) for my 60. Broke in half at the pivot. Welded it (I know it's cast) enough to get it back into my shop but won't drive it that way.

Alternately, is there a bracket somewhere that I can retro an older version? I seem to find those a lot easier.

yep, you need the longer fork to go with the 3F bellhousing
not sure I have an extra

The +85 fork is actually shorter by about an inch.

That does not exist yet but is not a bad idea. :hmm:

It sure isn't...I've been searching the last two days, and no one has the shorter 3F version (31204-60060). Mine was visibly in "good" shape, but I think the pivot eventually gave up the ghost. For those that are not sure if they have one...this is the version I'm looking for.

I've asked a buddy that has a machine shop if he'd take a stab at it. Only problem, like most of us, he's busy.

I have actually considered manufacturing this fork but the demand is overall pretty low relative to the cost of manufacture.

There are used parts out there, based on the amount of LS parts I sell, hopefully all the takeout stuff isn’t just getting tossed. Unfortunately I don’t have any available :(
