Well I was going to get the 40 this saturday,but I guess he thought it was better to sell it to some one that offered him more money than what he wanted for it! Pretty ******* sorry when he told me he felt obligated to give the first shot then sell it out from underneath me!

Just to let you know, I offered him full price cash over the weekend and he deferred my offer because he was giving you until Monday to make a commitment.

I have no other knowledge of the transaction other than him telling me he had to give you the time he promised.

For what it's worth, I found one I consider to be better for $2,000 less. Sometimes I am thankful for the deals I didn't make.
