Walka neophyte through a 80 series inspection in Tucson?

Anyone in Tucson willing to walk a friend of mine through an inspection of an 80 series? He lives in Tucson and is debating a LandCruiser (at my encouragement of course), but doesn't know exactly what to look for (leaking birfs, lockers, etc).
