I recently replaced my steering rack bushings with Whiteline poly. I drove it briefly after that then had it re-aligned. Everything seemed ok. However two days after the alignment I went for a longer drive on some winding roads. Three times within a few miles the VSC activated, causing the beeping, flashing lights and brake activation. It always happened on right hand curves only, and I imagine I was going maybe 35-50 mph.

Before this, the VSC only activated once a couple years ago and that was probably a legitimate situation (freeway transition ramp probably going too fast, again turning right).

I did read through several threads on the subject, and am going to connect techstream to see if anything is unusual and also look into calibrating the yaw sensors (if possible). I did see a few mentions of the clock spring but I did not have the steering wheel off so I doubt that's it.

Any other ideas? I have to believe this is related to the work on the steering rack or alignment.

I have the same thing. And same for me replaced rack and put in the super poly pro bushings. I did replace my steering wheel so that might be my issue.

Is your sway bar on or off? I had mine off for a year and a half and just put it back on. Man the handling feels much safer on the highway.

You may need to perform a Zero Point Calibration : if you have tech stream its an easy process, or you can do it manually, but the process is a bit more involved.

Some info here: VSC Zero Point Calibration

Thanks for the link, haven't seen that one. Looks like that may be what is also referred to as resetting the Yaw sensor in some other posts. I will check the FSM for details. That seems to reset the calibration of the VGRS which makes sense as I am pretty sure steering position is an input into the VSC system.

I performed a Zero Point Calibration per TSB BR001-T04 and help from @PADDO using Techstream. The menu / procedure was different than shown in the TSB but I was able to get through it (I am using techstream version 8.xx). Initially my steering angle sensor (SAS) reading was 1150 (common non valid number, probably the upper limit of the measurement range). I performed the "Reset Memory" and "Signal Check" procedures. After performing the procedure in techstream, the the SAS still read 1150, but as soon as I started driving, it cleared to zero with the wheels straight. Took the truck for a drive per the instructions, and everything seemed ok. I turned the wheel lock to lock and was reading 693 at full left lock and -684 at full right lock. Not sure if that's good but at least they're even. I tried to get the VSC to activate but couldn't so that's good. I will keep monitoring it. Hopefully that was the only issue. Fingers crossed.
