Hey does any have any feed back on why there is no return communication from Vintage TEq Parts? I ordered some cables three weeks ago and haven’t seen them. I know he makes them once ordered, I was just wondering on a timeline and more importantly just wanted to get a return message instead of being ghosted. He’s the best for electrical components. Hope everything is alright? Any insight appreciated!
 
I think more people should be aware of the bad sellers/buyer beware section. I'm not saying that Vintage Teq Parts is a bad seller, but in general I think people should look there before ordering parts. Personally I've had nothing but positive experiences dealing with people on this forum, but some of that has come down to luck. If I had known about the buyer beware section, I definitely would have checked there before buying parts. Especially as a newbie. Once you've been around here for a while you get a good sense of who's who in the parts world.

I have same issue, order placed and paid for may 21 ,no parts ,no communication. I've reached out a half a dozen times no reply .very frustrating. Keep my money just let me know so I can move on.
 
I was going to order a couple of small parts from them but am going to look elsewhere based on reading that thread.
Normally Matt is on top of it no worries. This is rare with my experience on doing business with him. I was just wondering if anyone on here had some insight into the lack of communication and delay as it is uncommon dealing with him.

There is like a dozen bad seller beware threads that involve him, I’m thinking everyone complaining can’t be wrong at this point.

I remember when Witts …… went sideways and a bunch of idiots on here stuck up for him when he was obviously ripping people off. I’d do a charge back on my credit card if I were you . Then reach out to one of the multiple reputable vendors on Mud. You won’t find them in bad seller beware threads ever.

please make sure you check your Email junk and spam folders , a ever higher percent of auto generated Shopify hosting service msgs and updates i have always had / have in place for many years now find there way to these 2 stand alone Email server terms as Shopify outlines and advises all its Merchants ...

i do not have today's newer members amazon fast crowd generation solution to this topic ?


as i understand all things Windows , Chrome home office , Toyota dealership T.I.S. network operating system , & Dealer Daily email folder settings , well i have no clue ?


this now Real Junk & Spam folders topic comes down to the person , place or , thing that can or actually knows how to set all the Over My Head rocket-science filter settings for incoming Bits & Bytes ...............:meh:

i do not keep fellow members money , :rolleyes: ...... having my professional mechanical artwork installed correctly on your Land Cruiser is a much higher priority here at the laboratory..:wrench::wrench::wrench::wrench::wrench:

Good morning I see you found my order and it's on the way .Thank you very much .I certainly wasn't trying to smear you but I have reached out many times via email and on the contact us site .I actually joined Ih8mud a few days ago for the purpose of possibly resolving this issue, as I see they run a tight ship and wouldn't let their members go un helped .Sounds like you are a good guy but maybe overwhelmed ,I understand that,communicating will go a long way with the patience of your customers.I'm sure I'll order from you in the future and now I know I can communicate with you on Ih8mud I didn't know that before now .Thank you for making things right.

you do then understand why i posted the Tech. Video in the above the way i did ?

my store privacy policy is 100% ....100% of the time , so to here on MUD as Registered Supporting Vendor to keep any fellow members personal info. just that ..

i had 2 different orders from that day same from Iowa , both by random chance had the upper late modle interior windshield access grommet , you show IOWA in your Avatar here in open forum , that was the only fact / clue i had and the date you posted too .....

I actually have a complement.
I ordered online on thursday. Received an immediate email the order was received.
I received a email friday saying it had been shipped and received my order nicely packaged on Monday.
