Well here I am again with an order made Aug 27th, no communication no shipment nothing.. Order #6040 it either needs to be canceled or shipped its ridiculous the lack of communication and slow shipping. I gave him the benefit of the doubt the first time that he was just backed up, but now its gotten worse. @ToyotaMatt

I’ve sent an email, I’ve PM’d you here on Mud and I wrote you via IG. Should I just start a credit card refusal? I can understand waiting but have a hard time with zero communication. Please let me know.

Yeah, I definitely should have checked here under BAD SELLERS before ordering from vintageteqparts.com . After waiting for two+ weeks, 3 unreturned emails, and no response to any messages here, I've asked Chase/Visa to reverse the charges. No need to reply. Just ignore it like you did to the three emails I sent you.

Matt finally reached out to me and shipped me my part. I gotta say this hard to find bottle and pump was worth the wait. Thanks for the cool extra stickers as well.

Better communication would really suite his business well as he does have great parts.

New washer bottle, cap and pump.

Just an FYI, the washer reservoir is still available oem from several vendors. In a few cases less than $100 including shipping.

Ordered twice from Vintageteq - once a set of Koito LED headlights that were shipped out immediately, as in like I got them about 18 hours after I ordered them, and the second time a 1HZ sticker that took a year to arrive. But it got here and it looks great.

But my question is: what is all this "snow version" business? What does that mean? Inquiring minds and all that...
 
Chiming in on this thread as I paid for a Data ID plate mid March and provided all needed info, however communication dropped since May and I never received the part or response to my ask for updates or reimbursement of money paid
 
My recommendation is contact your credit card company. Its not worth the hassle of trying to get updates and empty promises. I have been on Mud for 20 plus years and never had this issue with any vendor.
 
Waiting on some locks still - haven't been able to get through to him over phone, text, or mud PM. It's a bummer - I think he will eventually deliver but I'd really love updates.
