i wonder why somebody who never purchased anything from a business or a person would decide to spend there time wasting others time when there is no reason for them to have cut-in the front of the line and preach B/S .....📦

*****UPDATE*****
Good Morning, fellow mud members.

I have an update. Matt promptly reached out to me within a few hours of my post. Our conversation was constructive, and we discussed the order and other matters. I've realized that my use of the word 'SCAM' in the title was not the most constructive approach, and I've since amended it. Matt's understanding and commitment to improving his service were evident in our discussion.

He told me that he was very backlogged and that he was trying to get his processes simplified and more efficient. I can understand where he is coming from. His business is growing every year. I am happy that he has continued growing, as he has some hard-to-get parts. I did tell him from a customer point that he should always keep his customers informed of any excessive delays in his shipping time. I would have waited if he told me that the order would have been a month or more. Not responding to the PMs/DMs and emails worried me.

In summary, Matt has my order and will ship it in due course. I regret any unintended negativity my post may have caused. My intention was not to undermine anyone's credibility.

Big of you to take the time to follow up. Most folks don't, they just come in and abuse the vendor to get what they need/want then that's the end of it.

Hopefully, it all works out.

I came here to do a similar search for delays on my order placed Oct.22 but I guess that is a relative short time reading this thread. Already sent emails and started a conversation with @ToyotaMatt so hopeful to hear from him soon.
