I saw a post about the pinion. Has there been any work where the driveshaft had to be removed? If so, the person may have pulled shaft from the yoke and put it back on with the u-joints in phase.
Just some ideas.

You are young. You are preoccupied with other stuff. You are missing some very important advice. You are going to get a break for no reason at all other than we're great people.
First off, Phil asked you a key question which you ignored so I'll ask it again on his behalf. Ready? Follow this carefully. When you drive over 50 and it's vibrating does the vibration change when you let off/press on the gas or put it in neutral? If yes - front drive shaft. If no - front tire balance.
So, find this out and get back to us. It's a key piece of information and moving forward without it will result in us wasting your time and money.
Regarding the in/out of phase stuff it's a piece of cake if you have a simple wrench/socket set. We'll get to that after you address the above. My next post for you will be in Idaho Code if you ask another question without answering the ones helpful folks have already asked.
