Lots of people mount RTTs in truck beds. Many of the RTTs are quite alarmingly similar. We carry Mombasa RTTs and I've used one heavily for awhile. I'll never go back to sleeping on the ground again.

Bed Rail systems

Most all the tents we have would work on your bed. The only difference is the Mt. Shasta or Rainier would be to low for your bed, in the manner of you lifting up the veranda to get in or out. So I would recommend the Mt. Bachelor (for 2) or Mt. Hood (for more) Depending if you have a lift or not you still might be able to use the annex room.
