VDJ 78 4.5L Turbo Diesel from Dubai fitted with DPF? (1 Viewer)

I'm looking at importing a new 78 series to Georiga (Country) and then onto Germany.

I see the Australian new Troopy since 2017 has a DPF fitted and should pass emission tests. I don't know though about the same ones that are for sale in Dubai. The guys at the dealerships in Dubai are operating in the free trade zone and dealing with multiple badges and don't know this detailed info.

Does anyone have info on this topic?

Probably contact 70 series importers in Germany and act like you are interested in buying something from them.

Hello,

DPF is an emissions requirement for Australia and New Zealand.

70 Series trucks sold in the Middle East do not have DPF.

So true mate! More and more German cities are gradually banning diesels...

This is in 2016 they imported the last HZJ 7XX, if I'm not mistaken.

PS. I am seriously thinking to bring, as soon as possible, my Toyo Verso S D4D bonzai van (2012/euro5 emissions!) to my second home in Greece...

For the conversation Theory ,.. VDJ trucks sold in Dubai 2018 ( mine ) are Euro IV certified .. no DPF .. I " believe " the DPF versión ( Australia And NZ ) are Euro V
