Value of 1995 FJ80 with 275000 miles?

Hey guys,

Sorry if this is the wrong forum for this post. My family bought a new FJ80 in 1995 and have been using it daily since. We love the car, but it's starting to get expensive to maintain and has issues that we can't afford to take care of. We've decided to sell the car.

I have absolutely no idea what a fair figure would be for the car. I would like to sell it to someone who will take care if it, since we love the car.

Here are the details:
1995 FJ80 3FE with 275000 miles.
Factory sunroof, leather interior, tinted windows, ski rack, and full sound system. Everything works (AC, power windows, power locks, etc.)

Issues:
Recommend a full engine reseal, due to extensive oil leaks.
Power steering leak.
Transmission fluid leak.
Recommend a suspension rebuild, since the components are worn.
Check engine light.
Holes in the exhaust system.

We're located in a suburb of Chicago, IL. The car has surprisingly little rust and the engine runs fine. It is safe to drive despite the issues outlined above, but need a lot of maintenance.

Unless you are going to do most of the work yourself, It is going to cost more to fix the items you have listed then the truck is worth in my opinion. A complete engine reseal(including HG) itself is going to cost a fortune if done by a qualified mechanic. I just paid $750 for a 1997 LX450 with less miles and fewer problems. The problems it does have were going to cost the PO almost 5k to get them fixed. (His mechanic was a thief and a hack.)
