I have my intake manifold off and I wanted to replace all the skinny vacuum hose lines underneath there since I have access to them, does anyone sell a kit of vacuum hoses so that I don't have to go to Toyota and order every single 1 of them individually

i used some airplane vacuum line, works fine and was free, plus its neon green c thru so u can tell if any oil is in the lines.

OEM replacement vacuum hoses are sold in bulk length, i.e. cut to size. Contact CDan he will take care if you.

IIRC, you just order by the foot and cut to length. OEM hose is metric, so the stuff at the parts store won't quite be the right size.

Question about the hose size... all the vacuum hoses seem to have a #1 or #0 .. I even saw a *6 They all look the same size. I got one size hose to replace them all..?? Will this be a problem? It looks like the dealer sheet shows mostly one part number for all the hoses?

Anybody?

Soft Vacuum Lines: OEM part# 90999-92003 (600mm)
These are available in bulk from Toyota and can be cut to length.
McMaster also has a good metric equivalent (9355T11) for less money.

Replace 1 hose at a time to avoid mistakes.

The numbers are to identify which vacuum "circuit"it was part of. If you get the new hoses from Mr.T, they will have a nice little box for you to write the number on. I just replaced them one by one and didn't renumber them. I can figure it out later if one falls off since I took a ton of pictures.
