V8 engine sound

Hi. This is my first thread in this forum. My name is Daniel and I am from Barcelona, Spain. I hope my bad english is not a problem.

We were used, in my family, to the nice V8 engine powerful sound coming from our two previous grand cherokee and this is our first uzj100. We love this car and don't miss the jeep at all, except that beautiful engine sound. We don't want a much noisier car but would like more "v8" sound. Has anybody modified the exhaust system in this sense?

Here's what I did:

Borla / SLP Exhaust

Cheapest way to your desired V8 sound: Remove the resonator (gives you more off-road clearance) and install a short Magnaflow muffler in place of the stock muffler.

You also get some V8 roar when you floor the accelerator!
