I'm preparing to replace the harmonic balancer on my 95 and in doing so, I'm making sure I have all the proper parts to replace the relevant stuff while I'm doing the job. I'm planning to do the crank seal and the oil pump cover seal while the balancer is off. Does anyone know if the V-belt 9091602353 comes with two belts? It looks like it on the picture. Secondly, when I pull up the timing cover area on PartSouq, it shows an idler pulley PN 1660366010 that I don't currently have on my motor. I'm wondering if I should have one and the prior owner had it removed at some point and did not replace it. Also, can anyone confirm PN 9031152022 is the correct seal behind the HB?
Besides that, I do plan to order new screws for the oil pump cover. I already have a new balancer and bolt. Anything I should address while I'm at it?

If you have air conditioning I would replace the bearing in tensioner pully also. 6301 bearing. Easy to press out and change.

Also, recommend replacing the cooling fan blade if it’s original and you’re in there. Aisin FNT-004

Great, thx!

Yes, yours would have had one.
They sometimes get removed. The belts don't actually make contact with this pulley when the engine is not running. So it can look like it has no purpose.

It's there to limit how much the belt can whip around with the engine running.

I'd also suggest replacing the long threaded adjustment bolt for alternator/belt tension , and the threaded block, and the bolt that holds the threaded block in place.

Are you referring to the pulley at the bottom of the pic? thanks!

Mudgudeon is al referring to the bolt and parts associated with the manual tensioning of the pully. Probably good to carefully loosen the assembly and remove the long bolt and clean up the threads or buy an extra one as a spare incase that one has been mangled.
