Came with a batch of misc 40 parts from an unfinished project. Can not read the P/N tag so year is unknown. Maybe the flasher bulbs and fuse block type will narrow it down. Mostly unmolested and original. Only 3 bare wire ends.
$165 shipped

Looks like maybe 70-72 based on the hazard switch connector?

Iirc that fuse block was introduced in’72, so that narrows it down pretty well.

If it doesn't have the plug for the instrument cluster it's probably a 72 or 73 wiring harness. 9/73 on had the printed circuit board for the instrument cluster. 9/72 turn signal indicators moved to the face of speedometer. Not sure if the wiring for a radio was standard from 9/72+ but that would be another difference between the two years. Could see what plugs my 73 has. Believe or not but the radio blank off plate was still on my 73 when I bought it. If the speaker plug is on the glove box. Would probably be in the same harness as the Vader light and switch. But that probably only the factory soft top like mine.Headlight switch changed 9/72. If I knew it was a 73 would definitely be interested. My 73 has had a few mods to the wiring. It been off the road since 1988, so this all happened in the first fifteen years.

Wasn't 73 the start of the waffle connector on the Hazard switch?

That is a good question. It uses the same pull knob a the 9/73+ light switch. I used one out of a 78 for a number of years but modifying the harness plug. Harness plugged directly into the switch. Never looked at my 10/75 to see it the switch has a pigtail with plug or direct into the switch.

So did you buy this? Could you identify which is the hazard switch plug in the picture. Assume one of the plugs above the heater switch. 9/72-9/73 is a one year only hazard switch. Just wondering if the switch is bad an we earlier one could be used along with the harness plug from an earlier harness that matches the plug. Change the knob and good to go. Guessing the tail light change 9/73 it what caused the switch change.
