I tested the harness and replaced all necessary connectors.

Not seeing the round plug for the instrument cluster. The blower switch is not for a 73 model. Those were one year only. They were marked front and rear. 74 was a single switch and rear heater came on with high speed on the front blower motor.

It has the older style cluster plug, but at the same time, it has the steering column ignition switch plug for the newer ignition switch. It has a 1972 OEM tag on it with the part number. 1973 was an odd year since they moved from bench seats to bucket seats. The steering wheel also changed with the location of the ignition switch moving from the dash to the steering column. Additionally, the high beams moved from the floor to the steering column. 1973 was a transitional year.
