Keysert came out on a customer’s #uselesscubbyinsert

Now there are a few things to note here:
1. This is always because there is either too much weight on the arm and/or it’s been over-tightened (it is plastic afterall)
2. We can tell there is a lot of weight on the cubby because you can see the kind of dust on the top of the cubby where the weight is pushing it down. The cubby is plastic mounted into the plastic of the dash. Only so much can be done here.
3. I’m STILL going to warranty it because it’s my product and I don’t want my product looking like this on a customer’s ride.
4. The offending accessory is now being moved to an a-piller mount #APM so the cubby won’t see so much direct weight
5. A hex-keyed aluminum mount is in production.
