If anyone comming to this has a voltmeter and can bring it i'd really appreciate it. I think i'm having some charging problems but I can't find mine.

I'll be there, but might be late. Turn some FRS's or CB's on and I'll try to find you guys.

When are you going to be there because I might be late also??

there's a chance brett might make it also

Al, I'll bring my multimeter.

For anyone coming late, better late than not volunteering. We are meeting Terry and other groups at the Hunt Camp at 9am. If like previous days, we'll probably be there for at least 15 minutes before heading to the trail(s). I can have my CB on 7, but we may not be heading to Wolf Den. PM or call me to let me know you will be in late and I will try to call you before we leave Hunt Camp to let you know what trail we will be working on first.

Here is an update from Terry:

"The overall projects will be repairing corduroy crossings, armoring crossings with rock (6 to 8" size), cleaning out tail ditches with shovels and rakes, clearing any down trees and large branches, hauling out old corduroy crossings, repairing some split rail fences, and remarking trails with the diamonds and marking the numbers on the trail markers and picking up trash. If you have a trail trailer please bring it along with straps and chains to haul in supplies for the corduroy crossings and the rock armoring. Bring ratchets or wrenches and sledge hammers. I'll have some of the adopt a trail signs so we'll have them to put up for a few trails. We'll have the rock piled up in Dutch John and we'll have our tractor there to load it into people's trailers. What ever we don't finish this weekend we'll do in June, July...."

If you have a chain saw, please bring it, might be useful for clearing the trees and branches.

Eric,
If you don't mind driving your pickup, it might be useful for hauling anything.

With the May Jam going on over at the stables I wonder how busy the trails will be.

i'll bring the truck. i have an old chainsaw ( haven't used it in some time.) anyone want to meet up at the mobil station on 64? i am guessing around 7am if we need to be at the hunt camp at 9am.

thanks to Brian, Eric, Garret, Clint and of course my wonderful wife who acted like she had injected steroids with the amount of rocks and tree parts she was throwing around. :D

I wasn't expecting the amount of work we actually did and was already physically beat from the day before at work. We moved 12 truck loads of rock (loaded and unloaded) up and down rocky mt loop and then chopped up a huge tree that had fallen across the very top part of rocky mountain loop. No pics too busy working.

Wow! Thanks to all for representing the club, that's some serious tonnage. on me  next time...

Long day for sure, started at 9am left at 5pm...... at least hanging on Lake Tillery knocking some back afterwards made up for it

I would also like to echo Al's thanks. We made a noticeable impact yesterday on Rocky Mt loop. My back reminded me of all the effort this morning.

Based on Terry's and Barbara's comments yesterday, they have similar projects planned for the other work days this summer. I would like to see us help out again on June 18th since that coincides with our Summer URE weekend.
