Mini rant:
It's been another week and I haven't heard anything from this company. Needless to say that I can't recommend them. It's too bad because I think they make the best looking rack for the 200 series (the Zulu rack).
They blew way past the lead times which I didn't mind as much. They have no instructions for this rack. I understand this because it's a new rack so I didn't mind this either. I can figure out the installation. Once the rack was delivered, it arrived with missing parts, particularly the hardware to attach the rack to the roof of the LX and to attach the feet to the crossbars. I emailed them the same day the rack was delivered and received no answer. I then emailed them two or three days later with no answer. I contacted them through their chat with no answer. I finally called them a week later and the person who I spoke to assured me that the email would be answered and that everything would be taken care of. It's been another week and I haven't heard from them.
I just sourced the missing hardware from Amazon and Tnutz to be able to install the rack this weekend. Hopefully there aren't any more missing or wrong parts and I'm able to install it. I expected better customer service having bought their most expensive rack plus their housing and lights.
