I have something rattling around the upper tailgate on my 200. How do I remove the interior trim around the glass to have a look?

You gently pry the plastics off using your fingers and plastic pry tools. Start with the side pieces highlighted yellow below:

then you can pry off the top and bottom panels. Note the little white plastic clips (67931c in pic above) are tiny and can stay in the metal holes in the door or come out with the panel pieces. They can also fall out and you not notice or they can get pushed into the metal door holes they clip too and you'll never see them again. Good news is you can buy new ones at the dealer.
