What are the specs on the 14 mm bolts that hold the upper rear shock mount bracket?

If you mean the "torque specs," those two upper bolts are 37 lbs. The top nut on the shock where it mounts to the bracket is 51 lbs.

My bad. I should be more specific. I should have asked for diameter and thread pitch.
I'm making a 2 inch spacers to move the bracket further down and I need to buy longer bolts.

Here's a picture of the bolt I'm using.... thread looks like 1.00
