Upgrading to tubes-Need rust belt and tube seller

howdy all. I have a '69 FJ55 and finally updating the tires from street tubeless radials, to off-road tires with inner tubes. (235/75-R15)
Looking for two things:
Best source for heavy duty inner tubes. Only sources I see are either amazon, walmart or autozone.

Also a place to pick up a rust band to install between the rim and tube.

I plan to start breaking beads this weekend so looking for something available fairly soon.

I go to a GCR ... it's a truck tire service company ... they usually have it always in stock
