Upcoming Tech Days! I need your help. (2 Viewers)

Guys,
I really want to do it, but as usual, that date we pick will determine if I'm available or not. If I can't make the date, I could always donate my truck (to science!) if folks wanted to give an axle rebuild a shot...and I'd buy all the parts and beer. However, that is such a cop out..

Lets start picking a day, then I'll chime in if I can participate and/or work on my truck.

I vote for a Sunday. I almost never have anything important to do on Sundays. If I order parts from IPOR, it woud be the rebuild kit plus the bearing kit, right?

Unfortunately I really can't provide a venue for the tech day though.

I think I have posted it somewhere on here before, but my 40 is in a "transitional" state and could be used as a guinea pig. I have all the parts for a spring over conversion, TBI injection a taurus electrical fan and could get anything needed for tying the roll cage into the frame and a couple of other projects.

I know that not everybody does spring over or TBI, but with as much talk as there is about the conversions on here, I think it would be good to see. And I need to do it anyway.

In addition, I have a place to work on it, a torch and air tools. I do live in Warrenton (15 minutes from Manassas) which I know would be out of the way for some.

My vote for the TECH Day is any weekend EXCEPT the weekend of 27-28 September as I'm out of town. Sunday is better than Saturday, too.

Technically, I *think* you have to be a dues-paying member of the club to join in tech days, but I'll defer to an officer of the club on this one.
