Unspent Fuel driping off of the manifold

Posting a second thread just to pull some more people in now that I have seen what the problem is.

Before heading over to the Zone to check what the error code is, I decided to take a look at things. Started it up and almost instantly fuel started dripping off of the manifold. This sounds like clogged cats to me. What do you think?

Exhaust. Right at the flange where the manifold and the rear pipe meet. I ran the OBDII codes and it indicated that #3 and #4 were misfiring.......and that #6 is about to have a problem. I think that I have the spark plugs drowned in oil. But can't get the plastic Lexus cover off to verify. Working on that in another thread.
