Anyone know what these cables do? Can't figure it out. It came with the truck. They are not Aux in, from what I can tell. My phone aux didn't fit.

And this SiriusXM mod? I can't figure out what buttons to press to make it work.

Looks like power was tapped somewhere under the dash and then ran to the console. Maybe they had a third party sat radio controller. Have you taken apart the console?

Not yet. Planning to do a nav delete and install a new head unit. Hopefully these cables haven't permanently modified it.

I can’t see how they would have. You will probably find an adapter hidden in there when you open it up.

That looks like the harness to one of those external satellite radio tuners. Probably uses one of the lower FM Channels instead of having a dedicated satellite option on the factory head unit.

That's power, antenna, and audio out from one of the satellite tuners in the first pic.

And the 'mod' in the third picture is the antenna itself.

@Gr3G might be right—behind all that might be a modulator, or in-line antenna type thing to get the sound from the unit to the FM tuner. (Or it's possible that there might be something like an AUX input kit, etc.)
