sorry wasn't watching the thread. interior can use some updating but is clean and all there. The bench seat in the first photo turns into a bunk bed. There is a porta potty under the bunk bed. The table drops down and makes a two person bed. has heat and a swamp cooler, ice box, cook stove and sink.

it pulls very nice behind the 40. I've yet to weight it but my research shows 1250 lbs but, Id be willing bet its less than 1k lbs. i'll try to run it over the scales in the next few weeks.
