Ok so I just sent slickrock a pm about the brewing equipment hes trying to get rid of, mostly cause I have a power steering set up I might get rid of cause at this pace its just taking up space. Anyway, What do you guys think about a little UC Brew, the club seems to have a fair amount of people who have brewed or are interested, and its pretty inexpensive to do extract. I'd be cool with using this stuff to make brews for UC maybe we could do that as a meeting once or twice a yr and the club just pay for the kit, about $30 and then the beer could be for all the events we drink at which is a lot, we could have a poll to decide what beer to do at a given time. Just something crazy I came up with since this is my new obsession and I dont have facilities to be involved with the old one (cruisers). So post up what you guys think, could be pretty cool to have some UC Brewing Co beers in our hands for the annual meeting or next MLK.
