Besides the obvious LHD vs RHD configurations, did 100's destined for the UK market have any interesting/desirable features that we didn't get here in the States? I'm headed there next month and I'd like to bring back some goodies in my checked luggage.

As far as I can tell they were very similar-
RHD vs LHD
Cloth seats
Diesel option(s)
Headlight washers

The big two things would be that most if not all of European LC100s come with the legendary 1HD-FTE 4.2L diesel engine and all of them have AHC by default.

UK market will be a bit more varied, because they also have some RHD Japaneese imports in the mix.

Regarding the seats I'm 99% sure that European models all come with leather as stock. The only cloth seats I've seen were in manual LC100s, but I'm not sure if they were European models, more likely imported, because those were quite rare.

Sadly I don’t think a 1HD-FTE meets Delta’s size and weight limits 😅

Interesting about the seats as that’s my primary goal for this trip. I’m planning on picking up two of them and they are both cloth so I assumed cloth was standard. I have no idea what year or specific model they came from though.

Well, if you are picking up large items like seats, people want the OE rear tyre carrier. For the seats, just realize they are RHD and so the more adjustable seat is on the RHS. But on upside, the LHS seat will probably be less worn.

Ahh the rear tire carrier would be very sweet. But to do it right would also require the tailgate. I’ll see what I can find though.

I’m concerned with the smaller seat from the second row. It’s small enough to check as luggage when folded up.

I'm not sure what your plans for the 2nd row are but the small seat will be on the street side.... if kids are a consideration.

Were Euro market 100’s equipped/optioned the same as the UK? I asked the seller if he had any of the 03-07 3 dial HVAC controls and he believes that the UK only got the integrated screen like we got in the states.

Peak HVAC controls:

Few others
Power heater (1HDFTE)
Rear Fogs
Headlight beam level control
Big Center console box (no disc changer)

That's the info I was looking for, and then some! Thanks!

I'd really like that large center console but sadly they are LHD/RHD specific.
Interesting to note that the VX Amazon pictured got seat memory when that was only available on the LX here.
The antenna was moved to the opposite fender.
The running boards are a different shape allowing the use of separate mud flaps.
Rear turn signals are amber

Nothing really jumps out as something I would like to take home with me though.

I think that center console can be adapted to our LHD cruiser here in the states. It’s our USDM front seats armrest that will conflict the EUDM oversized center console. Solution: remove the front seat center rotating armrests.

If you can get a UK/EU vin, that’s a win and you can look it up to order oem parts.

I've looked into it before, the parking brake is integrated into the console and would be on the wrong side.
