Hi all,

I did Nav Delete and that works great! AC controls and everything is working good.

I opted to keep factory amp and speakers for simplicity (Trying to avoid wiring speakers etc) but this is not working for me. I've read several threads about people having same issue without finding a solution and I'm about to throw the towel as well...

The TYTO-01 manual explains:
Blue/White wire to the amplifier turn on wire. Note: This wire must be connected to hear sound from the factory amplifier.

And I suspect this is where my problem is. I cannot find a wiring diagram for NAV ML system, or for the ML amp. So basically I have no idea what cable this is.

Does anyone has the diagram? Or know what's the cable I'm looking for?

I just uploaded a 2001 LX470 EWD in the Resources section. There is also a Harness Repair Manual, in the 80 series section, which contains all the connector housings and terminals. Download that, too. Very handy.

I'm compressing the Repair Manual now, and it should be ready for download later today.

Thank you so much for doing this! I unfortunately could not get the amp to work, so I literally used the pdf to bypass everything and connect speakers directly to my new HU.

I know, 2 ohm speakers with 4 ohm HU is not good, but It's much better than spending all the time and money on doing everything needed to replace all the speakers. So I'll just risk either the 23 y/o speakers or the 90$ HU. Not too worry about any of those haha

Out of curiosity... Where did you get those? I spend hours looking for it, and could not find ANYTHING.

I would highly appreciate if you could share Repair Manual for the 2001 LX470.

Thanks again!

Toyota TIS website. This is the source the dealerships use. Toyota makes it available to anyone, for a fee.
