I have been slowly building up my 100 to wheel & had a great weekend of mods!

Electrical:
I already had the auxiliary battery installed with IBS controller. This weekend I ran all the main lines for the electrical & installed my fuse panel. I thought this was a good place to locate it, and it ended up working out well.

From here I wired in a new outlet in the back to run my fridge off the auxiliary battery. I found this outlet at Radio Shack & drilled the hole with a step bit to ensure it was the perfect size to fit the plug. It is very secure & didn't require anything further for mounting besides shoving it in the hole.

I also cut the (+) wire on the existing plug & tied that into the fuse panel for constant power off of this outlet. Very easy mod, but will be handy to have two dedicated plugs off the aux battery.

I also wired in a Yaesu 8900 (forgot to get pictures of the mount before closing it up ). The only place I could find to mount it was in the back right panel.

I figured it might get hot in the side panel, so I cut a hole in the moldings to allow more air flow when transmitting for extended periods of time.

I ran the power back to fuse panel and will see if I need to run a dedicated ground. I am right now just tied back on both + & - to the fuse block.

All of the wires then run under the carpet to the center console area.

Bumper & Winch:
I decided on the TJM bumper. I think I got #3, but I haven't had it all built to justify throwing it up here just yet. I also bought the Titan Tw12 winch with synthetic line (group buy a while back).

Trying to figure out how to mount the solenoid box was difficult. I wanted it out of the bumper for possible water and the only way I figured to do this was to take it apart. I separated the controls & the solenoid so that I could mount the control point on the bumper & the solenoid under the hood. I attached the solenoid box to the main battery. This wasn't easy, but really cleaned up the install.

Shout out to Nakman for the motivation to get off my butt & get some things finished!

Also want to say thanks to Nakman for the great mount. Very nice mod, everyone should have one IMO!

Also have to say Nakman has a great rack too!

Looks like that fuse box will get banged up or broken in that spot if you're carrying cargo?

BTW, love the rig. Nice choice of mods!

I thought of that when I was deciding to put it there. The savior for it not getting busted up is I have an Edgestar fridge in front of it 24/7/365 for protection. It is just wasted space behind it normally.

The hole is cover with the existing plastic molding. I just didn't install it for the picture. Other than that I don't see a need. It allows access to the unit for data transfers if I wants to upload a lot of things.

Going to cover that hole with some speaker grill material or something else?
