Well, it was sad but I found a good home for the old fj60 and am looking forward to a new project.. It is on its way to Ohio!!!

I was a little nervous about shipping it but the broker is Victor (Used to be Victor's cars for Less) from Grants Pass. He said he was expecting an FJ as in an FJ40.. He asked me if I had anymore for sale with the solid axle, he has some friends from Mongolia looking for one as "they want one like this"..

I think I could have. I have done more fun things with my family in that rig than any other. I've also spent a lot of time on the road/trails with cool guys like y'all.

It's a strange thing the way we regard our companions in life. When you guys fixed my tranny it was like a second time around with an old girlfriend. Keep thinking about the good days Kief! You know whoever bought it isn't going to abuse her/he/it. .

I was nearly heartbroken when I sold my first LC love(85 60series which ended up crashed and headed to a Redding junk yard on a flatbed))but...I am so happy with my 80 & have done more to and with and will keep it for quite some time.
You'll remember the good times past always but there are plenty of good times ahead so, chin up and let us help the transition when we can. Wheel on buddy.
