is it still up for sale? COuld this be considered a daily driver? and if so what would needed to be done to make it pass california regulations? (temporarily would be best)

Yes, still available. No issues with daily driver. Main issue with CA is emissions is that it only runs 1 catalytic converter, and as far as I know the CA emissions does not like it when you do that.
