Hi! Looking for newer OEM Tundra front CV Axles, are these parts that regularly get swapped out (maybe for a long travel kit)? Trying to determine if it's realistic to think I may score a nice used set vs buying new from a dealer. Anyone with take-offs in good condition or ideas please PM me! Thanks.

Try posting in the Parts Wanted section.

Posted to Parts Wanted. I've never owned a Tundra though, so was curious what mods might actually have people replacing their OEM CVs for aftermarket?!?! If no one really does this, I'm just going to go to a dealer and get new parts. I don't think RCV makes CVs for Tundras but do you know if there are any other companies that make high end aftermarket CVs for Tundra? I'm not looking for "Napa" quality replacements...

Thought about a rebuild kit? Fresh boots, grease, etc. Unless shafts are damaged.

I have a 200 series LC so nothing to rebuild (yet), doing a front end conversion which involves Tundra front end components, the Tundra is 3.5" wider in the front which is what I'm after. I also found a set today off a Tundra with 35k miles so at this point I'm all set, now I just need to figure out how to close this post!
