I am trying to prove to someone that I have seen a FJ cruiser with a black top. I found some pics on this site, but someone said the owner painted the roof himself. I think I remember once seeing a FJ on this site that came from the factory with a black roof. If anyone has that pic that would be awesome!!!

If you watch the video on Toyota's web site they show a completely black FJ climbing up some rocks. It might just be a prototype though.

Yes you did see a black roof. It is in the video on the Toyota site and it is one of the prototypes they used during some trail testing. Check both the Canadian and US sites it is there.
