I am looking at the 6 1/8" system to replace my 3rd row. I was hoping that someone that has it installed has some pictures and opinions on this system that they can share. I was also looking at Dobinson but it looks like its a lot taller and you lose a lot of room if you dont need to store tall items.

Okay, you'll have to follow me a moment on this, but have you considered an aluminum pallet?
You can find aluminum pallets very close to the rear dimensions with the 3rd row seats down. And the height of the pallets are just about the 6-1/8" height!
The openings (for the fork lift tangs) are perfect for drawers with long sliders.
Nice thing about using the aluminum pallets, they are light and relatively cheap for a basic frame for what you're looking for. Very light and high strength, all welded. No nuts n' bolts to rattle loose.

Albeit, you'll need to do some fabricating yourself. But if you're handy, this may be a great platform to start!

Looks like it would be a good project... My problem, is that I have two left arms growing out of my ass, and there is no way that I could pull something like this off. If its not prebuilt, I am not even attempting it...
