That is a tweeter, part of the sound system.

Could anyone provide some feedback on what is needed to get this sold? I have it listed on craigslist, some facebook groups, and on here. I've only had one serious buyer contact me about it. Just unsure as to why nobody has even wanted to look at this awesome, low mileage, triple locked rig

I shouldn't do this but you asked....It's far from clean and unmolested. It appears to have been repainted a non-factory color. The speakers in the door are surface mounted and lack grills. The interior is a mess. Emblems missing from the rear. Miscellaneous aftermarket wires hanging down in the drivers side footwell. Bag of trash in the second row. The engine compartment shows little sign of attention to maintenance. All this leads one to have concerns about what's not shown in the pics.

I will go ahead and put the emblems back on. Didn't realize missing emblems, fresh paint, sound system and a trash bag were bringing down the perception of the truck. FYI, the wires are an alarm system that has since been disconnected.
I'd appreciate any tips you could provide as to broaden the appeal of it, as the truck has been very well taken care of since we've owned it.
I guess what I should be asking is what do you think is reasonable to expect to get out of the truck? I've seen triple locked cruisers in worse shape fetch more than I'm asking, but feedback is welcomed.

You seem to be frustrated that it hasn't sold or had more interest in 2 days? That seems a little unrealistic, these are very much a niche market. Often it takes a while to find the right buyer. Tidy it up as recommended above and be patient.

Ha! Thanks Erse It's been on craigslist for a couple of weeks now. Only recently posted it on here. Just wanted to get some "expert input" on the truck. I'll get some better pictures tomorrow and get the emblems back on.

Any rust? How long have you owned it? Maintenance records from the PO? Wrecks (carfax)? Why was it painted?

Not a spot of rust. I've owned for 2ish years. There were some records to go with the truck, mostly small stuff, fluid changes, water pump, etc. Can't tell if it's been in any wrecks. Body is straight. No idea why it was painted... assuming it needed new paint?
