It seems like you're defending BB as if you owned it We had fun, parking wasn't great, it was a lot busier than other places we've been to in the past. On the other hand, the beer was excellent and there was a larger food selection than other places we've been to. In the end, the place is not what's important, it's the people, and we had a great turnout, so let's move on!!


I'll put up a poll for next month when the time comes to see where people want to go. Bond Brothers or Rally Point, or somewhere else entirely.

Nah, I'm just feeling a little guilty that it wasn't ideal, that's all. I think we all had a good time there, sans Jonathan (sorry bud), but I know the tire kicking session was ruined by parking. Again, something I failed to consider when suggesting the joint.

I'm more about changing it from RP than getting it to BB. So again, I'd just like to see some other alternate locations considered. If RP proves to be the group's preference, cool - I'm just one guy.

I thought BB was great for a change. I don't want to go fight parking again anytime soon, but was fun to do something different! Beer was great - company was OK

Might I suggest Lynwood Brewing's tavern/taphouse in NW Raleigh off Glenwood? It puts the meeting within easy reach of Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill; and there's plenty of space for parking. They have a lot of seating. O and their beer kicks ass.

That place looks great; lots of room. From what it looks like, lots of beer. I also love that their water tap has a bud light handle.
