I'm quite interested in one of these. I just measured and the 12.75 will do it for me. I have a 3-speed though... do you (or anyone else) know if they suffer the same problem? Obviously if they don't then I don't need this, but if they do I'd like the insurance.

its not the transmission seal that goes its the transfer case seal. I dont own a three speed so I couldnt tell you. One way to check is take out the fill plug to the transmission if oil comes out its sucking it out of the transfer case.

Has anyone ordered one for the split case with 5 speed trans yet? Want one for mine and was wondering if anyone has already done the measurements?

I have had people buy them for the 5 speed gear boxes and used the 17.5 inch hose. I believe with the one piece transfer case. I do not have a 5 speed nor a split case transfer case so I dont know the length. Its easy to measure once the skid plate is removed. Run a piece of any small diameter rubber hose from center of one fill plug to the center of the other fill plug without any kinks. What ever that length is is what you need. 12.75 and 17.5 is the length that 99% of the last 100 hoses I sold have used. If you find you need a different length I can order that size when I place the next group buy.

New batch of hoses will be in Friday according to the tracking number the vendor sent me.. I will try to ship them out the same day for those who have already paid for their order. I do have 17.5 and 12.5 hoses coming. PM me for paypal instructions if you want in on this group buy.

Had a guy put one of these hoses on a BJ74. If you have an H42 transfer case these hoses may fit other Toyota's. Just measure the fill plug on the transfer case to the fill plug on the transmission using any small diameter rubber hose. Dont let the hose kink. Mark the hose then measure it. I can get other lengths but all but on has either been a 12.75 or a 17.5 with M18x1.5 threads for the plugs. One mudder referred the quality of these hoses to what you would find on an aircraft.

This is a pic from the guy who installed it on a 60 with manual transmission. Here is a pic of his rig and the installed hose he used a 17.5 length hose.

I have one 17.5 left. If you FJ60 guys want these I will need to put in an order just for the 17.5. I will need 5 guys to prepay for these so I can place an order. Otherwise it will be a couple months before I place another order as I have 5 12.75 hoses I need to sell before I place another order.

I have one 12.75 hose left. Just had a guy buy a 12.75 long hose for his 77 wagon. At this point i am ready to place another group buy. I will order them in a couple weeks so if you have a need now is the time to place an order for whatever length you need for your rig.

Hoses will be in Friday according to UPS. To those that have purchased them I will be sending them out on Friday. I have ordered a couple extra 12.75 and 17.5 lengths to accomidate the new customers of the FJ60's
