With 120,000 miles, think it is time to service the transmission. In searching this forum, only references I found were with draining and filling, following strict protocol based on temperature (with a Scantool). No machines or 'flushing'.

When I had my 5.7 Tundra transmission serviced by the stealer, they charged a fortune (around $700 if I remember right, but was in for other stuff at the time, too).

What are you guys doing to service your transmission?

Every time I go in for an oil change they try to get me to do it. I have a friend who is a tech at a Toyota dealership and he said it is not needed, but service writers always recommend it. I think the trans on the 200 is just drain and fill anyway, but may be difficult to fill or have a complicated process to do so. I have 108K on mine.

I paid $250 for a transmission fluid flush at 70K miles on 2007 Tundra with Tow Haul option at Folsom Lake Dealership. I shopped around they were the cheapest dealer in the area to do it. it was a 12 quarts of fluid exchange. drain and fill is 1/4 of entire capacity and you still have 3/4 of old fluid. Personally, I prefer flush and it gives you fresh fluid to start with until next transmission fluid service.
