Seriously, someone has to tape this if someone does it. This i really have to see.

It sounds to me like what you looking for is to go to reverse... not rally park. perhaps the pressure in thr trans backflushes something that could be clogged, probably the worst that could happen is blowing a seal in the trans
i could be wrong but the only way that would help is if the tranny had 2 pumps and sadly they dont anymore.

when fluid is flowing at a certain rate then the flow is abruptly stopped, believe me it will reverse direction,,, not for long ,but enough.

Looks like the good dr's been doing some Rodney understudy.

I did it and stretched a few months extra out of my original transmission, before I got Rodney's extreme transmission.

Rodney explained to me how it works, and I just typed it up but it didn't make any sense.

Hate to resurrect this thread, but it's important to clarify, that you want to slam it all the way up into the PARK position. Don't put in in reverse. You need to slam it from drive all the way up into park and leave it there for a few seconds, then slam it back down into drive.

get it up to 60 mph, slam it into park, ONLY LEAVE IN PARK 2, OR 3 SECONDS TOPS then return to drive:beer:

sound definitely like a fluid problem. Get the trans nice and hot and drain and fill, with a filter. Be wary about flushing older, or new transmissions with drivability issues. Flushing with a cleaner can superclean innerworkings and will actually make things worse. In my industry you always hear about pulling a car in for a trans flush and pushing it out.
