I can't make it on Sunday but someone give me a call when you are back in town on Sunday evening if you are meeting at Ali's house. I might be able to come over for that and meet Chitown Rob before he leaves town.

My internet is down so call my cell. I'm having 'Mud withdrawal. Might have to work on all my old cars or clean the garage or something.

The HDC 2M simplex frequency is 146.460 (not 146.40 )

Tell me about it. I have cobbled together my BT cell phone to give me DUN to Ross' Vista laptop at 115kbs. Its like watching paint dry. Comcast has me scheduled for 10am on TUESDAY. What the hell do they think I am gonna do without internet until TUESDAY!

I got suckered into going to work. A day of play would be a lot better, but I can't turn down double time.

Plus I love being owed favors :D, especially since I always cash them in :o

Mike,

sorry about your internet. You live pretty close to a library if your withdrawals get worse. I'll be sure to surf the net a little extra just for you ;p

I just got home from work and I am beat. I think I am out considering the week I've had. Very little sleep. I need to catch up.

Sorry guys.

Dinner tomorrow night as usual?

Nice to meet you Rob and Allison(sp?)! Great time at dinner tonight.

Stop by the truck tomorrow and hand a wrench!

;)

Best.

An excellent trip today with the gang and it was a sunny, clear day with warm temps. The snow wasn't very deep but the rocks hid quite well and I led the trail by braille it seemed at times  The NM gang did a great job of convincing the Chicago couple why this state is called the "Land of Enchantment"! Truly a wonderful time was had by all. We cut lots of dead trees that fell across the trail.

Look, a surprise visit by....

Ali -

Nice pics! We had a great day out there. It was a big surprise to have Juane Tobascophish waiting for us in Santa Fe. He had driven down from Salida yesterday morning.

I think we cut up about 10 downed pinons to clear the trail, and winched another one out of the way once we got concerned that the chain saw was out of oil.

All in all, a good day of snow wheeling in three 80's.
