I had the F version of that decal on an imported fire truck engine I bought 32 years ago. Didn’t think to take a picture of it.

One of the other unique things about that engine was the rectangular cutout in the side of the oil pan. A unique immersion-style heater core went in through the cutout to run a non-recirculating engine oil cooler, presumably designed for heavy, stationary use
