Not really, just 35s...
But since the 60 Series Tech forum has been all about tire clearance lately, i was inspired to post this pic of my stepbrothers 93 t100.
He actually built the entire lift himself (lucky him is a fabricator at a metal shop)...3" body and 3" suspension.
We put my 37" swamper off my fj62 on his rear to see if it cleared, and it did. no driving, just let the truck off the jack!
nonetheless entertaining...it's on 35X12.50 baja claws now.

Nice looking truck! My 93 has 4 rust holes in the bed and holes above the rear wheels :( If I can only find a rust-free bed and some new bumpers, it would look pretty good. It's got 167k and runs good but the rust is killing it.

I like the T100 a lot as well, but it wasn't designed for off road, and the wheel wells aren't big enough to stuff anything bigger than a 33 in. From what I have seen, you'd need to lower your bump stops way down in the rear to fit a 35, and my 32 inch swampers rub the fronts even with the T-bars cranked. Its in serious need of a SAS

t100 offroad

yeah, a SAS can completely change everything with a T100...lovely looking, but i also never thought of em as much of an offroad contender due to most of the suspension/powertrain components...
but, his keeps up with my fj62 on 37s pretty well...hes not the best offroad driver yet either, but that t100 will hold its own. only one occasion it wasn't able to unstick my stuck 62, but on that time, it took about 5 snatches from an F350 dually to get it out!!! Can't expect too much from the t100...
His 35s don't rub at all though, he did shave part of the front bumper valence corners, but that was it. everything else clears perfectly on and off pavement, while turning sharp too.
I'd like one of the 95/96 ext. cab's lifted with the SAS, on some 38s....nice...

Too bad yota didn't put the cruiser engine in those t100s...the I6 in the FzJ80s was Toyota's strongest engine yet until the Iforce V8. Would have greatly helped those T100s rather than the crappy V6s in em.

here yall go

since we're on the subject of T100s gettin er done, thought i'd post a few more pics of his in the dirt, seeing how you won't see many more off pavement ever again!

Here he is sunk in a massive hole...i attempted to forge it to no avail...I pulled him out in reverse at least!

If anyone else has captured this rarity on film, please post a pic or two! His is the only "offroadable" T100 i know about in the state of FL!
enjoy all

Have to disagree. The only thing I don't like about the T offroad is the looonnnnnnng rear overhang. Other than that I've been very pleased with it's performance in stock and SA form. With regeared axles the reliable 3.4 is plenty to push 36s - and larger I'm sure.

nice

sweet T100...where is that located? you're definitely right about the rear overhang, and yes, with enough gears any engine can power big treads...i mean, look at the 4 cylinder toyota trucks with the 22R or 22RE that run 39.5s (don't know if you have many, but they're everywhere here in FL) or bigger! and they throw some goo too, not just having to crawl and sputter through.
But if you ever dropped one of the I6 1FZ-FE 4.5L Landcruiser engines (from the same years now!!!) in the those T100s, you'd feel that 230HP and 290lbs of torque sending truck along!
Now, obviously V8 swaps rule offroading, but the point is Toyota should have put the factory cruiser engine in the T100

Mine might work pretty well offroad if I ever finish the Cruiser projects and get back to work on it.

93 std cab long bed.
Dana 44 front SOA high steer.
Corp 14 bolt rear
350 csb TBI
Richmond 5 speed, but I'm thinking about going with a TH400 or 700R4
With the SOA SAS it'll look pretty funny on less than 35s. :D

There's no way a 1FZE would fit. The 350 requires pusher fans and no AC

One of these days I'll get my profile in order. I teach, so I get very small windows to surf during the day...

It's located in Anchorage. The swap was done by a local shop here. I wish I'd done it myself, but then too, I wouldn't know what I do now if it hadn't been for said shop.

It uses the same basic formula as for a mini, except you don't need to decide whether to leave the Dana full width or not since it fairly well matches the rear. Also the springs need to come inboard a touch to match the 31.5" perches - standard rotation D44, ARBs in both ends, 44044s and Rockstomper crossover. Drivetrain is still stock, R150f, chain case. The bumper was done by another top notch fabricator in state.

A v8 would indeed be nice, but IM laws being what they are here I'd rather keep a 3.4 in it, besides the fact that I just like the engine. It's never done me wrong. Toyota should've used the slightly larger head on the 3.0 block from the get go.
